More about Kandi
Kandi Luensmann didn’t start out in the real estate business, but once she found her passion, she hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back. Before beginning her adventure in real estate, she was a pharmaceutical sales representative and a chemistry teacher at Gatesville High School. Since getting her real estate license, she has been a multi-million-dollar producer each year. A 2014 GRI graduate and a 2016 graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, she is on top of current trends and is always looking for new and innovative ways to market. As she believes it is important to give back to her profession, Kandi is the current President of the Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS®. She serves at the state level as the incoming Vice Chair of the Texas REALTORS® Risk Reduction Committee, the Professional Standards Review Committee and is a certified Mediator and Ombudsman for Texas REALTORS®. She has served on the new licensing test development panel for TREC and recently completed civil mediation and tax arbitration certifications.
Kandi is actively involved in her community; she is a founding member of the Coryell County Area Go Texan scholarship committee (over the past 10 years they have donated over $150,000 to Coryell County graduating seniors) and has served on the boards of Keep Gatesville Beautiful, Coryell County A&M Club and the Coryell County Economic Development Board. Kandi is a 1996 graduate of Texas A&M University and is a huge fan of Aggie football. When not on the phone with a client, her hobbies include camping, traveling and gourmet cooking. She has two children, Braden, a student at Tarleton State University and Hailey, a student at Texas A&M University.

Top notch Realtor
My family has been using Kandi as our realtor for several years 2 sales and 2 buys of homes over the last 8 years. She is always on top of everything, gives great solid real estate advice, and has made my family a lot of money by grabbing good buys and selling them for top dollar 2 years later. I will never use another realtor except for Kandi, she is my go-to for all my real estate needs.
