More about Kandi
Kandi Luensmann didn’t start out in the real estate business, but once she found her passion she hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back. Before beginning her adventure in real estate, she was a pharmaceutical sales representative and a chemistry teacher at Gatesville High School. Since getting her real estate license, she has been a multi-million dollar producer each year. A 2014 GRI graduate and a 2016 graduate of the Texas REALTORS®Leadership Program, she is on top of current trends and is always looking for new and innovative ways to market. As she believes it is important to give back to her profession, Kandi is the 2021 President of the Fort Hood Area Association of REALTORS®. She serves at the state level on Texas REALTORS® Risk Reduction Committee and the Professional Standards Review Committee and is a certified Mediator for Texas REALTORS.
Kandi is also actively involved in her community; she is a founding member of the Coryell County Area Go Texan scholarship committee, serves on the Coryell County A&M Club Board of Directors and is a Director on the Coryell County Economic Development Board. Kandi is a 1996 graduate of Texas A&M University and is a huge fan of Aggie football. When not on the phone with a client, her hobbies include spending time outdoors, reading, traveling and cooking. She has two children, Braden, a student at Tarleton State University and Hailey, a student at Gatesville High School.

T. Payne
Kandi is an excellent agent in all areas concerned. She promptly returned my phone calls during the process. She replied promptly to emails and text messages I sent her. She always made time for me whenever I needed for measurements that were needed by myself as well as people I hired to give me estimates on the work I would need done. Even on the weekend. I would recommend her to anyone.
