Kandi Luensmann | Broker/Owner
Kandi Luensmann is a broker-appointed member of the Texas Real Estate Commission Broker-Lawyer
Committee, serving alongside brokers, attorneys, and industry leaders to review, refine, and
recommend updates to the promulgated contract forms used across Texas real estate transactions. Her
appointment reflects a career dedicated not only to brokerage and education, but to protecting
consumers, strengthening the profession, and helping shape the future of Texas real estate.
Kandi is a multi-million-dollar producing broker, real estate instructor, mediator, and recognized
industry leader whose influence extends far beyond the transaction table. Known for her strategic
leadership, extensive knowledge of contracts, risk management, and real estate policy, she has built a
career at the intersection of brokerage, education, advocacy, and public service.
A graduate of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program,
Kandi has become a respected voice in the industry. As a certified instructor for Texas REALTORS, she
educates agents across the state while helping elevate professional standards through leadership,
education, and service.
Her leadership resume reflects a strong commitment to real estate. Kandi is a Past President of the Fort
Hood Area Association of REALTORS® and has served in numerous roles at the state level involving risk
reduction, professional standards, education initiatives and development.
She previously served on the Education Standards Advisory Committee for the Texas Real Estate
Commission, participates in licensing exam development, and has contributed to Legal and Broker
Responsibility education programs. In addition, she is a certified civil mediator as well as a tax arbitrator
for the State of Texas, bringing a unique perspective in conflict resolution, negotiation, and risk
management.
Beyond the industry, Kandi is deeply committed to community service. She is a founding member of the
Coryell County Area Go Texan Scholarship Committee, helping raise more than $200,000 for local
graduating seniors over the past thirteen years, and has served on multiple civic and economic
development boards focused on strengthening the communities she serves.
A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Kandi is a lifelong Aggie, entrepreneur, mentor, and
advocate for the profession. Whether she is leading a brokerage, teaching in the classroom, serving in
regulatory leadership, or helping shape contracts used statewide, her mission remains the same: raise
the standard, protect the profession, and leave the industry stronger for the next generation.

Teresa Johnson
Teresa Johnson has been a licensed REALTOR for over 6 years and has continually been a multi million dollar producer each year. She has a special passion for older homes and she and her family are on their second restoration project since moving to Gatesville. Teresa is very active in her local community; she is currently VP of the Gatesville Band Boosters, serves on the Coryell Central Appraisal District Board of Directors, the Gatesville Planning and Zoning Commission and the Gatesville Athletic Booster Club. Teresa is very involved in her church and the children’s program and was a youth minister for 8 years before moving to Gatesville. She has a special passion for first time home buyers and enjoys working with them throughout the process of achieving the dream of home ownership. Teresa is married to Nathan and they have 3 children. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors with her family and is a huge fan of Hornet football.
Andy James
Andy James was born and raised in Gatesville and is married to Camri James. Together they have a little girl named Gemma. Andy has a bachelors degree in Rangeland Ecology & Management from Texas A&M University and a masters degree in Natural Resources Management from Sul Ross State University. Andy enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors as well as keeping up with his favorite sports teams. Andy currently serves as a 4-H volunteer, is a member of the local Area Go Texan Committee, and is the beef cattle superintendent for the Coryell County Youth Fair. With his knowledge and expertise in land management, Andy looks forward to assisting his clients buy and sell property while also being able to assist landowners with managing all facets of range and wildlife on their property.
Kay Hunt
Kay was born in Gatesville and then lived the life of a military from Central Texas College with an Associate Degree and then a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Texas. She taught school in Killeen for 13 years and then worked for the USPS for 8 years as a rural carrier. Kay has embarked on her final career as a REALTOR® and is very excited about her new endeavor. She returned to Gatesville and has lived here for the last 28 years and has a very long line of Coryell County descendants. She comes from a ranching family background and is ready to help you find the perfect land and property. Kay is married to Jared and they have 3 children; Kelby, Case and Kagen. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, the outdoors, and attending community events.
Amber Carothers
Amber Carothers was born and raised in Gatesville. She is married to Brad, who is also a Gatesville native. They have 2 grown daughters, Curry & Darcy. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, dancing, and bringing life back to old pieces of furniture. Though new in the real estate realm in 2022, Amber is very enthusiastic and passionate and ready to work with buyers and sellers in Coryell County!
Kayli Brantley

Myles Haider
Myles Haider is a licensed Texas REALTOR® with a primary focus on commercial real estate, backed by nearly two decades of sales leadership, negotiation, and operations experience. Prior to real estate, Myles spent over 21 years with Commercial OEM, most recently as Regional Manager of Aftermarket Service Products, managing a 150-dealer portfolio across the Central US and Canada. He built a track record of driving profitability through strategic planning, contract negotiation, and strong client relationships, skills he now applies to commercial property transactions, site selection, and investment analysis. Myles remains open to select residential transactions for the right clients, but his focus and expertise are centered on commercial deals, including retail, office, and investment
properties. A Lampasas resident, Myles served on the Board of Directors for the Lampasas Chamber of Commerce, the Lampasas Area Go Texan program and the Lampasas County Higher Education Center, giving
him direct insight into the local business and economic landscape. His background also includes service in the US Army and years managing logistics for government vehicle contracts, reflecting the discipline and follow-through he brings to every deal. Myles is results-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering straightforward,
